How To Install and Configure DVBLink Server and TVSource v3.01
Next click on the Channels tab. This allows you to review the list of channels and even preview the channels if you have VLC Player installed. Click OK when you are happy.
You will see that there is now a nice friendly green tick in the status column.
Repeat this entire process for each tuner you have before continuing on to the next stage.
The next task is to click on the Server Configuration tab on the bottom of the screen to once again list all the available channels.
Click on your entry (in my case TVSource) and click the green arrow to copy them to the right hand side.
Next click on the Channel Merge tab – this is used for tuner sharing (and can be ignored if you only have one tuner). What it does is merge channels from multiple tuners into a single logical channel.
Choose the type of merge you want to perform (if you want to perform any).
The next tab is the Channel Settings tab which you can use to specify channel numbers and set a child lock on certain channels if you wish, If a channel number is shown as –1 then Media Center will assign a number automatically for you.
The last tab is the EPG Sources tab, and this one is VERY IMPORTANT!
Work your way through the list of channels on the left and map them to channels on the right.
This can be a long process if you have a lot of channels but it will be worth it in the end!
Just click OK when you are done and that’s it for this stage.
