Hands-on with the My Xbox Live App for iOS

A few days ago we told you about the release of the My Xbox Live App for iOS. Now we go hands-on with it to show you what it does.

What is the My Xbox Live App?

Take your Xbox LIVE experience wherever you go with the My Xbox LIVE app. Track and compare your achievements, connect with your Xbox LIVE friends, and change up your 3D Avatar. Review all your recent great games you and your friends love to play and compare achievements with them. Jump into our games hub to learn about the latest LIVE games and apps. Access Xbox Spotlight feeds, get breaking news from Xbox LIVE, game tips and tricks, gamer spotlight and much more.

Downloading the App

The My Xbox Live app runs on both the iPad and the iPhone.

You can download it from the Apple App Store by clicking here.

Running the App

The following screenshots are taken from the iPad version.

Once you launch the app you have to tap on the Sign in button.

Enter your Windows Live ID.

You will then be signed in.

And connected to Xbox LIVE:

And your information updated:
