This is what Skype posted to their blog:

We’re releasing an updated version of Skype for Windows (version 5.8) today with a few improvements we want to tell you about. Download the latest version of Skype for Windows and start Group Screen Sharing. Share photos with a group of friends and family or share your screen to display a presentation with up to 10 people. Group Screen Sharing is available with Skype Premium, which also includes Group video calling and live chat customer support.

Skype for Windows users can stay better connected with the ability to check their Facebook Newsfeeds, instant messages and video call their Facebook friends with Skype for Windows Beta – all from within Skype. Even your Facebook friends who are not on Skype can still pick up a Skype instant message or video call from within Facebook.

Please download the updated version of Skype.
