AVerMedia Technologies has announced a firmware update for its Game Capture HD device. With this update, users can now record real-time gameplay in MP4 format, which would be a huge improvement for user experience

With this update, users can now record real-time gameplay in MP4 format, which would be a huge improvement for user experience.

The new firmware AVerMedia built for Game capture HD features MPEG-4 video format with H.264/AAC codec. Compared to the prior firmware version of AVI H.264/MP3 format, users would find it much easier to work with professional video editing software. AVerMedia has been working on the firmware update with the feedback from end users. With its following the best practice of game capture solutions, Game Capture HD brings its user experience to the next level.
