App Update: Spotify for Android updated to version 0.5.3.56, brings NFC support

The Spotify app for Android has been updated bringing with it NFC support on ICS, amongst other things.

What’s new in the 0.5.3.56 release:

- New: Better offline mode bar, so you know why you’re offline.
- New: Share music with NFC (Near Field Communication) on ICS.
- New: Check out the Audio Effects on ICS (Settings > Audio Effects).
- Fixed: More crashes and bugs are now history.
- Fictitious: This app likes doing jigsaws on a rainy day.

As with all Spotify Mobile apps, you’ll need a Premium subscription to get your music on the move.
