The seeker image looks like the ascended sleeper creature that appears in Morrowind, in particular red mountain and the rooms with the stacked furniture haha wtf ?. they are half dark elf half beast, some sort of dark magic cast upon them by dagoth ur. i wonder if the keeper is of the same specie

    Can’t wait

  • The Grey Rider

    Hell frickin’ yes!
I’m getting this the moment it is available in Australia, starting a new game and doing everything from scratch.
Gotta make this last after all.

It looks great and all, but why is Xbox getting it first /again/? I thought the “first two dlcs exclusive” nonsense was already taken care of. Y’know, with the first two dlcs. Wha-?

    • Joe

It’s primarily a result of the fact that Bethesda is run by people who don’t care about customer satisfaction.

I think it was because hearth-fire was not a primary dlc and thus this new one is, or it could just be all dlcs for skyrim that start with D go to Xbox first. I have an Xbox and I think its a little stupid that there is a months difference, I mean in my opinion a day at the absolute most for Xbox since I want to talk to friends who have the dlc on ps3 and PC after all.

    boohoo

Gonna be great! I somehow had a feeling that the next DLC would open up a new area, bigger than any in Dawnguard….

This is exactly what Skyrim needed, a DLC package like Shivering Isles for TES:IV Oblivion. One that creates a new area that’s sizable, packed with extras and looks as great as Shivering Isles did. Dawnguard was good and all, but it didn’t take long. For the points the only real benefit was the Vampire Lord, the crossbow and the soul-tear shout; otherwise it really didn’t add that much. Hearthfire the same, for the points it was a waste! It was nice building a house but all I ended up doing was tracking every piece of loot my main character had collected to a new house where I fumbled stacking and storing it for two hours before becoming bored of the whole thing. Hopefully Dragonborn will be as good as Shivering Isles; if not, I’ll settle for as good as the Knights of the Nine. Can’t wait!
