HTC will unveil the successor to its HTC One smartphone on 25th March its was announced today.
The company will launch the HTC M8 handset with simultaneous press conferences in London and New York.
The news broke via HTC own Twitter account, posting an image bearing the release date along with the caption, “The best is about to get better”. With rumoured specs of the phone is expected to feature a 5-inch 1080p display, 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
With a larger 2900mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat and HTC’s Sense 6 user interface come pre-installed.
At the VGX last weekend Techland showed off its game called Dying Light it is a open world Zombie title.
This demo shown takes place during the day, it shows some breaking combat on both melee and weapons. It’s not just Zombie’s you’ll be up against as there will also be human enemies.
Dying Light will be released on Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4 and PC in 2014.

The Nokia Lumia 1520 will be available to purchase on contract from approximately £38 per month from O2 retail, Vodafone on-line, Carphone Warehouse, Phones4u and independent retailers via Micro-P from Friday 6th December 2013.
Ubisoft has released a patch for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on PlayStation 4 which increases its native resolution to 1080p from the 900p native resolution.
Once you installed the game will be running at full-HD 1080p natively, The publisher said it shipped the game running at 900p to ensure a 30 frames-per-second refresh rate at launch.
“Finishing the game at 900p gave the development team the extra room in terms of the GPU and CPU usage to ensure the framerate never dips below 30 frames per second,” explained Ubisoft.
The patch also adds “a brand-new anti-aliasing technique”, which helps reduce the appearance of jagged edges on-screen. The new anti-aliasing will be active in both PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.
Still no information on the update for the Xbox One version of Assassin’s Creed IV : Black Flag
The much rumoured Nokia Lumia 1520 is now official the Lumia 1520 is a 6-inch Windows Phone. It is the first Windows Phone device to use a proper 1080p Full HD screen and features a new look Windows Phone OS that has a third column of ‘live tiles’, taking full advantage of the super size display.

Other apps announced at the Nokia event was that an imminent release of Instagram and Vine. The phone will come in 32GB form with microSD expandable storage.

After the announcement from last week of an event for the 22nd October from Nokia, Today Nokia Tweeted that the event will be in Abu Dhabi what will Nokia show off this time. Rumour that it will be the Nokia Lumia 1520, the first 1080p Windows Phone to enter into 6-inch domain. This device is believed to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC and a 20-megapixel PureView camera. With Windows Phone 8.1 (Project Blue) will also see an update to support the new 1080p resolution
Today Microsoft got a big surprise for all of us, It has recorded a video of the first unboxing of the Xbox One coming out in November. It this unboxing is the Day One Edition of the console, only last week the console got a spec update from 800mhz GPU to 853mhz GPU. With only 20 Xbox One consoles with the new spec bump in the world so far, also it shows off that the console coming with a headset how after originally saying it wouldn’t have one.

Xbox One will support both 3D and ultra high-resolution 4K, Microsoft has revealed. Larry Hryb, the director of programming for Xbox Live, confirmed the feature of the next-generation console during a Yahoo chat session.
“The video and interface portions [will work with next-gen TVs], absolutely,” Microsoft’s Yusuf Mehdi told Forbes. “Games developed for 1080p will run at 1080p, obviously.”
He added that Xbox One will support 4K for Blu-ray from launch, with the possibility of games and other content being developed at the emerging resolution in the future.
“There’s no hardware restriction there at all,” he said. 4K, also known as Ultra HD, is already available on some high-end television sets.
